Touch-Up Mixer Privacy Policy

Overview

Touch-Up Mixer is designed to help users sample colours from photos, compare repair colours, and create touch-up mix suggestions. The app does not require an account, does not track users, and is intended to match the App Store privacy label "Data Not Collected."

Photos and Colour Sampling

Touch-Up Mixer may ask for access to the camera or photo library so you can take or choose photos of repair areas, colour samples, and palette swatches.

Photos are processed on your device for colour sampling. Touch-Up Mixer does not upload repair photos, paint sample photos, palette photos, or saved repair photos outside the app.

Saved Repairs, Jobs, and Palettes

Saved Repairs, optional Pro Jobs, client and address details, palettes, colour samples, and related app settings are stored locally on your device. This information is not sent to Blue Leaf Kobo or any other service by Touch-Up Mixer.

If you delete the app, locally stored app data may also be deleted by iOS.

Location and Job Address Autofill

Touch-Up Mixer requests location access only if you choose to fill a Pro Job address from your current location. iOS location and geocoding services convert that location into an address. Touch-Up Mixer does not store coordinates; the resulting address is stored locally only if you keep it in the Job.

In-App Purchase

Touch-Up Mixer Pro is a one-time App Store unlock. Purchases and restore-purchase checks are handled by Apple through the App Store. Touch-Up Mixer uses the purchase result to unlock Pro features, but Blue Leaf Kobo does not receive your payment details.

Sharing and Exports

When you choose to export or share a Repair or Pro Job, the generated file may contain photos, notes, client details, addresses, and other information you entered. The file leaves Touch-Up Mixer only through the iOS share sheet at your request, and the selected destination's privacy practices then apply.

Analytics, Tracking, and Accounts

Touch-Up Mixer does not create user accounts, does not include third-party advertising, and does not use tracking for advertising or profiling.

Touch-Up Mixer does not collect analytics or crash reports.

Children's Privacy

Touch-Up Mixer is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
